Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese – softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup maynonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (NOT marinated) – chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. juice from artichoke hearts
  • Dill and garlic – to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Bake at 350 uncovered until Brown and bubbly. App. 30 – 45 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.
