Slow cooker ribs with marmalade barbecue sauce


3 lbs. ribs

1 1/2 c. marmalade

3/4 c. barbecue sauce

1/2 c. ketchup

1/2 c. brown sugar

3 T. soy sauce

1 t. garlic powder

1 t. chili powder


1.  In a bowl combine all ingredients except ribs.

2.  Reserve 1 c. of the sauce and refrigerate

3.  Place ribs in crock pot and cover with sauce

4.  Cover on low for 8-10 hours

5.  When done cooking, preheat oven on broil

6.  Place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet.

7.  Baste ribs with reserved sauce and place under broiler for 10-15 min, until just crispy.
