Whipped Cream

To begin, place your blender jar (or appropriate utensils) in the refrigerator or freezer until thoroughly chilled.  The key to getting peaks is that the mixture stays as cold as possible.


1 c. heavy whipping cream

2 T. confectioners sugar

a few drops of vanilla extract, or to taste


Remove your blender jar from the refrigerator and place ingredients inside.  Mix on high for 20-30 sec., or until soft peaks form.  Use immediately.
