No-Bake Caramel Cheesecake Shooters

  • Dessert cups (I bought mine off Amazon)
  • Lids to go with the dessert cups can be helpful
  • As can little spoons
  • I used Washi tape to secure the spoons to the lids


  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Condensed Milk (I used Nestle La Lechera)
  • 1 can Caramel (I again used Nestle La Lachera)
  • 4.5 oz Graham Crackers
  • Whipped Cream (Cheated and used Reddi-Whip)



  1. Crumble the graham crackers
  2. Melt butter
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and spoon it into the bottom of the shooter glasses
  4. Add cream cheese and 2/3 of the condensed milk to a bowl and mix it together
  5. Layer the cheese mixture on top of the crackers layer
  6. Repeat one layer of crackers and one layer of cheese
  7. Combine the caramel with the remaining condensed milk
  8. Fill the little cup with the caramel mixture all the way up
  9. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  10. Top with whipped cream


  1.  Refrigerating/freezing between layers will help them look defined in the clear dessert cups.
  2. You can use paper towels to “clean up” the sides of the cups so they look neater and have those defined layers you want.
